Request to track Hunter's Chest Rune: Cobra Strikes

• Does it proc from a buff? Probably, expected to be spell ID 425713
• Where does it come from (baseline, talent, etc.)? Chest Rune
• Should it display a Spell Alert? Yes
  • Where? Left/Right to see two charges
  • Which texture? TBD looking for something that matches a cobra skin, or at least a beast-y texture
  • Which size? 100%
  • Change color? No (keep color as is)
  • Spell Alert enabled by default for all hunters? TBD needs further discussion with hunters, because it is unsure whether this rune changes the hunter's gameplay
• Should it glow buttons? No, because this doesn't make much sense to glow all pet buttons, and because there are too many pet abilities to track
  • Which buttons should it glow? N/A
  • Which glowing buttons should glow by default? N/A

Requires confirmation from hunters before closing the issue.

Closing this issue, as no problem has been reported in a long time.

Implemented in 1.1.0-beta with the following assumptions (confirmation needed by hunters, please!)

• Spell Alert based on player's buff 425714 (maybe a pet buff instead? TBC)
• Spell Alert uses texture monk_serpent displayed "Left + Right", at 70% size to avoid overlap with #153
• Spell Alert is displayed Left+right with 2 charges, Left only with 1 charge (assuming this is a 2-charge buff, TBC)
