Glowing Buttons not working since last release

It appears the most recent update has broken my Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Hex, Healing Wave, and Lesser Healing Wave spells from glowing upon reaching 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon on wotlk Enhance Shaman.
After investigation, it affects all stackable auras (such as Maelstrom Weapon of course), but it affects Spell Alerts too.
