I'm maybe a little early since we can't get this yet in SoD but would it be possible to add an overlay for Elemental talent Eye of the Storm?

The goal of the addon is basically to tell the player "hey, because you got this proc, you may cast some spell you probably wouldn't have cast otherwise".

Do you feel like Eye of the Storm fits in this category? Would this proc help you cast something you wouldn't have cast otherwise?

If anything, I believe I would add an alert on top, with a shield-like appearance (to indicate you are 'shielded' from cast time delays) and you would see the shield slowing fading over 6 secs.

I feel like the eye of the storm proc would have a niche in pvp. Knowing when to able to cast freely without push back. At least for my self, I tend to cast instants if I have enemy players on me and then spells with cast times when there is room to breath. Kowing when the proc is up, would perhaps help in those situations for you to know you can cast spells even if you have targets on you. Does this make any sense?

This sounds very reasonable. With the 6 second fading it sounds even better 👍
