This requires Sunn - Viewport Art!
The Azeroth Art Pack is a "pack" for Sunn's Viewport Art, which allows the player to edit the viewport window of WoW (like Old-School Runescape).
This pack provides various HD UI friendly artwork for both the vanilla UI and various popular non-vanilla UI's such as ElvUI, AzeriteUI, etc.
Most other packs for Sunn's Viewport Art is only 3 segments, which heavily reduces the HD quality that a 5-segment pack can have. This pack has a 30% higher resolution than most (3 segment) packs.
The purpose of this pack is to provide UI respecting artwork that does not exist within other Sunn Viewport Art packs, which otherwise uses low resolution and/or messy artwork that does not fit well into the UI, especially the default one.

Here's a side-by-side representation of what Sunn's Viewport Art does.
In the first image, I have my UI hidden. In the second one, it isn't, and my camera isn't moved from either screenshot.
As you can see, the field of view is a little wider, and the game view, or viewport, (the entire window where you see the world) is a little smaller.
That's because Sunn's Viewport Art lets you move the viewport in any way you'd like!
It does exactly what Old-School Runescape does, here's a screenshot of how the viewport looks in OSRS.
As you can see, the game window is anchored to the top left!
