TMDeathTracker is a guild-internal addon for <Twisted Minds> on Hydraxian Waterlords-EU, but could be modified for use by anyone.
It keeps track of how many times each guild member has died, consolidating alts belonging to the same player. It also plays a short user-submitted sound effect when a recognized guild member dies in a party / raid setting. In the future, it'll also print a personalized message for each recognized player when they die in a party.
This AddOn is intended purely for entertainment and provides little functional value, but if you want to adapt it to your own guild, feel free to rip apart the code and copy as much (or as little) of it as you like. Forking on GitHub is encouraged!
