Love is in the Air is no longer a separate addon. It is now being maintained as a small part of the main TomCat's Tours addon. Things had to be moved in a hurry to make the addon work in time for this year's holiday, so please be patient and considerate when asking for help. The below information is being provided as a convenience only and likely to become outdated while the main addon goes through changes.

Q: Why is the minimap button strobing, and how do I stop it?
A: The strobe effect is intended gain the attention of players unaware that 'Love is in the Air' or 'Lunar Festival' features are now available with the core TomCat's Tours addon. Clicking each of them once will open the Love is in the Air main window or, in the case of 'Lunar Festival', print some information in the chat window, at which time the strobing will then stop automatically.
Q: I don't care about this holiday. How do I hide the minimap icon?
A: At the time of writing, you can type /tomcats minimap love and this will toggle whether the button will be shown or hidden. A control panel option may be added for this at a later time.
Q: How do I access the control panel?
A: At the time of writing, there is no control panel being provided. TomCat's Tours has undergone a massive rewrite, but the Love is in the Air holiday arrived before a new control panel has been created. There really aren't any options which need configuring yet except for being able to enable and disable the minimap button. Instruction to type /tomcats for more info was provided in your chat window, but in case you missed it, see the next Q.
Q: How do I use the chat commands (slash commands)?
A: Again, this is subject to change, but at the time of this writing:
/tomcats provides a list of active components, and info including that you can type /tomcats ? to find other commands
/tomcats ? or /tomcats help will list all other commands, which at the time of this writing, consists of (see next lines)
/tomcats minimap which is the base command to toggle minimap buttons on or off. It requires a parameter so that the addon understands which button you're intending to hide. Typing it alone will list the possible choices which are:
/tomcats minimap lunarfestival
/tomcats minimap love
Q: Why did you do _______ the way you did it instead of ________ ?!?!?!
A: There is a lot of thought that goes into my designs, but there has to be a balance when figuring out what can be provided in X amount of time. If you see room for improvement, there's a good chance that I also already see it. Most meaningful feedback arrives within a day or two of an addon update. I have to consider how several hundred thousand players may try to use the addons. I might guess correctly for the vast majority of players, but I won't understand every player unless I get feedback from those I didn't guess correctly for. Sometimes it's just a matter of having to take a few shortcuts (i.e. using a minimap button instead of a nicer control panel, or using slash commands) so that everyone can at least accomplish what they want to with the addon. That's first. Second is making it so everyone can accomplish what they want HOW they want to do it. Please remember this when wanting to give feedback or asking for help with the addons.
