Describe the issue

Disabling nameplates customization in combat does not seem to do anything.

Expected behaviour

While in combat, nameplate customization (RP name, etc..) should not happen.

Issue checklist

• The issue occurs with the [latest version] of the addon.
• The issue occurs with Total RP 3 as the only enabled addon.
• The issue occurs only with other addon(s) enabled (please provide a list).

It also happens on standard blizzard nameplates, but in my example KNP (Kui: Nameplates) was used.

Steps to reproduce

Give us a list of steps to reproduce the issue with.

1. Toggle nameplate customization in combat
2. Go in combat near other players with nameplates.
