Using the "Show on cursor" option on the dropdown for tooltip position, when hovering on (at least) the portrait frame, there's occasionnally a frame where the position of the tooltip is more to the center/left before it snaps back to the top-right.

While the recording was done while still having a frame addon (bad Solanya, bad), I confirmed that the issue still happens with default frames and no other addon - Extended included
