We should send the IC flag (the player is “in character” or “out of character”) alongside the position information in the answers to location requests, so we can display this information on the receivers map.

The [OOC] flag would be shown in the player’s name on the map.

A new option would allow to:

• Show OOC people in a faded manner (similar to war mode)
• Hide OOC people completely
• Show them normally

Bonus point: if the option to hide OOC people is enabled, holding down the alt key will show them back people.
