Have a button on the target frame when you're targeting one of your own companions (or yourself on a mount) to open the NPC speech frame and automatically fill the companion's name between brackets as the speaker.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative : fill in the companion's name when you use the toolbar button while targeting your own companion. Might feel weird for mounts since you need to target yourself ?
