When opening a chat link for the first time in the session, the background for its tooltip doesn't appear. Clicking on another link while that tooltip is open doesn't show it either. However, closing it then opening it again appropriately displays the tooltip background.
Will investigate later, there's probably something not updating at the right time in the code following 9.0 backdrop changes.
