Problem is, can install it on the computer, Just not to World of Warcraft. For some reason it does not appear but every other addon adding to it does.

I expected it to work like it normally Should, Unfortunately this did not happen.

You're likely doing something wrong when installing. If you're installing manually, you should have the two folders totalRP3 and totalRP3_Data from the .zip file placed in Interface/AddOns.
