I have just started learning how to use Total RP 3. Someone told me there is a feature that will allow me to see another Total RP 3 user on the map if I have a relationship established with them. For example, they told me if I marked them as a "Friend" that they will appear on the map. They say they can see me on the map, but I can't see them despite having marked them as a "Friend".

Is there someone that can help me?
