Since phase 2.5 came out the addon doesnt work anymore.

Thanks for creating an issue for this. I'll update the README with the information I have. Currently this is broken because of two APIs that were removed in the latest update:

GetTotemInfo: TotemDismiss uses this API to display the dismiss buttons. This is purely cosmetic, and I've seen some workarounds that I might be able to apply to get past this.
DestroyTotem: This is the core functionality of the addon, which destroys totems either through the buttons or the created macro. Without a workaround for this (haven't found one), there's no point in working around GetTotemInfo.

I'll keep my eyes open for a fix, or for the APIs to return. Until then, though, my advice is to disable TotemDismiss :(
