Enhances the TradeSkill Frame for better viewing on high resolutions and devices. Doubled window size and cleaned up all positioning and rendering. Improved performance over other Ui Enhancers. (Users should only experience a delay when opening the TradeSkill Frame for the first time.)

Two days of coding and one day of debugging. Should work with any language since it only modifies the layout and textures. Found out half-way through this project that DoubleWide had a TradeSkill version. I installed it and didn't like the layout. Plus it seemed to cause the Ui to Lag on my computer.
