When two quests have the exact same name they both will be marked as complete, even if one of them isn't

I'm thinking this is pretty rare but it confused me.
In 002_23_24_Bostons_Ashenvale.lua there are two quests, Raene's Cleansing (Part 1) and Raene's Cleansing (Part 2), that you get and turn in.
In 002_24_25_Bostons_Ashenvale.lua those two quests are there again.
When i loaded up the quest it said that I had completed those quests but that I had complete the first quest and gotten the second quest. I saw two different Raene's Cleansing (Part1) quests on thottbot and overriding the automatic check I was taken correctly through those quests.

Hmmm, step completion is completely independent of name. So the name is definitely not the problem here, unless there's a sticky step issue going on (which I don't think there is). I'm wondering if one of the quest IDs is incorrect. Will look into it, thanks for the report!
