Accept steps are being removed from the guide display before accepting the step

Wow Live, and Beta. Accept steps will fail to show in the guide display even though they have not been accepted. They are not actually checked off/completed.

Has to do with the display function. Will fix asap, sorry for my afkness folks :(

This is definitely tied to the |PRE| tag, the skipping problem does not seem to happen at all if the accept step does not have a |PRE|.
