Step 57 has you start the quest For Queen and Grove and lists the starting location in Heart of the Forest at Lady Moonberry, this is just after you finish the storyline quest with Lady Moonberry and get your mount.

Step 58 is to fly with Yserra at location 42, 45....step 57 to start the quest should be at 42, 45 where Yserra is, not in Heart of the Forest at 46,50 like the guide shows you. The guide should also be changed to show you pick up the quest from Yserra not Lady Moonberry.
