|PVP| tag for use with |O| tag.

Checks if you are on PVP server, or have PVP turned on, to enable display of step.
Also may have a toggle for PvE server people, if they don't mind doing steps that flag them for PvP.
Might also have it set up with a |-PVP| tag, which is for if you are on a PVE/RP server, but have PVP turned off. The way I see this being used is to have a |-PVP| note that instructs the user to turn on PVP if they want to do some upcoming PVP quests. Then if they click it on, the note disappears, and a series of accept steps appear which are flagged |PVP|.
So... many... tags....
Another possibility, we could make it a step type which completes when PvP is turned on. This way it could have it's own symbol as well, the Alliance symbol if the player is Alliance, and Horde if they are Horde.
Having pathologically avoided being on PVP servers my entire wow career, I am not sure what quests except quests that flag you for PVP would be tagged by this tag.
That way people who detest PVP quests can flip the switch in their control panel and then they would never see PVP quests.
I know some folks who would use a switch like that.
