Quest importance ranking

A tag which ranks quests from 1-5. A slider lets you choose how many quests you would like to do, 1 for people who are gaining a lot of experience from other sources (RAF, instances, etc), 5 for completionists who are going for zone/quest achievements.

Quests are tagged based on their importance and the amount of XP they give. When a quest is skipped, any follow-ups are also skipped.

Additional feature: Toggle for auto-skipping. If the guide detects you overleveling it, it will automatically set your slider to a lower setting. If you are behind, it will move the slider up. So you will always be at roughly the correct place. This will require regular check ins by guide authors with level and/or xp totals to tell the guide where the player should be. Alternatively could use the level range of the guide section, but these ranges may become large in some guides, leading to inaccurate results.

Added, uploading. This will be the last feature added for this compilation, I'm going to start working on the recorder next.

Alright, this one next. I'm going to use |RANK| for "ranking".

In terms of people doing instances I think it might be useful to have some tag to mark instance related quests that could be picked up as part of the process. Also with the need to discover the dungeon before it becomes available in LFD it would also be worthwhile doing it as part of that sort of tagging. What I'm thinking is that this isn't so much a rank as a separate mark which the user could turn on or off depending on what they want to do and so auto skip if turned off etc.

Good point. I know some users are dead set against group play, though not many. Shouldn't be hard to implement this, though.
