Expected behavior: When the |U| tag is used followed by an item ID a button is created next to the step frame that can be clicked on to use the item specified by the item ID.

Actual behavior: An icon that matches the linked item is created next to the step frame but it cannot be clicked on and doesn't display the tooltip on mouseover.

This seems to have been fixed.
