Ability to open the full step dialog (just like with the "add step" feature - issue #217). Should automatically populate with current values. Pressing the button opens up the edit page for the currently selected step, maybe make this an option on the right-click menu as well?

Got the functionality all in there, but the beta servers went down before I could make the frame look decent, so it's kinda a hodgepodge right now. Will touch it up later, but it's fully functional and working!
