They don't stick to the top if I scroll down on the quest list.

This is partially intended, since if you are scrolling down, it probably means you're not really following the quest/step flow, but we'll think about it. :)

Sorry, this is 100% intended.

I just fixed quest skipping and added tooltips to the check boxes to explain that better, so you shouldn't have much call to need a step to sticky while scrolling - if you are skipping ahead, just actually skip ahead. Sorry, but we can't sacrifice the intended scrolling functionality for this :(
