Sometimes the set hearth steps have the run icon or the quest turn in icon.

From Matt: it not only displays incorrectly, but it'll change if you are in the current guide window and scroll it off screen, and back on.

It doesn't seem to affect anything but set hearth steps (which I think should be designated with an S, instead of a lowercase h) but I've noticed that the addon doesn't push any coords on those steps either. Hope that's a helpful clue.
