Borean Tundra Alliance guide not showing in 2.30B

The Guides.xml has the wrong file name for the Borean Tundra guide.
Currently it has: <Script file="70_72_Jame_Borean_Tundra.lua"/>
Should be: <Script file="68_72_Jame_Borean_Tundra.lua"/>
Looks like the Guides.xml wasn't updated when this particular guide was re-written
