Current guide pane defaults to current position in guide

Half bug, half feature.

When you open the current guide pane, it should default to the position in the guide where you actually are, not the beginning.

Should be fixed in next release.

Done, will be in next release. Also found and fixed bug with sticky steps and current guide panel.
