Well look no further, RaidTools can help.
By allowing you to shift + left click on players mostly helpful for raid leaders to quickly warn them to not need on stuff they didn't need but also a quick reason to why you just kicked someone it can be ninja looting, ninja pulling, abuse to others and even just trolling. You'll see fine below the players name on the menu that comes up if they are normal and/or nice people.
You can create your own raid blacklist, add players from the shift + left click menu or from the options or remove players from the options in case you add the wrong player or change your mind (if ever).
With RaidTools you don't need to worry about meanies in your group.
