It seems that the addon isn't working properly with Patch 11.1. I can only generate links for a few items, such as spells or quests.

NPCs, creatures, etc don't work. I don't get any error messages.

Just pushed 2.16.7 to fix this, it should be updated on CurseForge within the next 10-15 minutes. Thank you!

Thanks for reporting this! I'll be honest, I do not know how to fix it. The addon I use to figure out the right way of generating links, DevTool, also fails when hovering over an NPC and trying to run /devtool mouseover. Nothing happens when I hit enter to submit the command. I think something deeper was changed here, but the wiki article for 11.1.0 API changes has nothing for this.
