This addon is no longer updated. But instead he can now use the WoWinJapanese All-in-One addon which contains translations of various game elements, not just subtitles. Download the new addon from here:

WoWinJapanese-Movies displays Japanese subtitles in movies displayed during the game.
Supports both startup cinematics (INTRO) for each character and normal movies & cinematics.
The addon does not modify any game files, only replaces original English subtitles for Japanese translations.
