A TTS replacement for BigWigs_Voice using Google TTS voice: Neural2_C (female, en_US)
Provides voicelines that are used by BigWigs (see BigWigs_Voice).
Note: This addon completely replaces BigWigs_Voice and cannot be installed alongside it.
