A very fast, efficient little mod whose only purpose is to ensure that the quests currently tracked are relevant to the zone you're in. When you switch zones, it'll change your tracked quests accordingly. It'll also update when you accept a quest. That's it.
If you personally mark a quest as tracked, it'll stay that way unless you untrack or complete it. This will persist for the character you tracked it on.
There's also a built-in exclusions list for quests that don't really have a set area. I'll add to these as I come across them. If you want to let me of any you find in the comments, please do so.
