Some bars are hidden, /ec and enable bars 2 and 3 to add keybindings and spells. Action bar is mouseover, above the two visible bars at the bottom. Party and raid frames on the left, with buffs and debuffs directly beneath.
Other addons visible are Skada, MonkeySpeed, TomTom, and Weakauras 2.
