This is my ElvUI profile as Healer. It's simple, sober and leaves a maximum of space in the middle for a clear view in combats.

I play with Grid2 so group/raid frames are disabled in ElvUI.
I play with Details! so windows in the right chat panel are set so. You can change them via AddOnSkins
