My personal Elvui Layout Profile for Classic WoW. Also works for Retail, with some adjustments needed for obvious things like Focus frames, addons, etc.
Additional Addons: AddonSkins, DSM for textures and fonts.
The layout is designed for smaller monitors. Mine should work fine for your standard 1080p resolutions (16:9 Aspect Ratio). And the Scaling Resolution I use is set to 90% because im old and my eyes suck.
