My personal ElvUI profile. I'm using it on 1440p. Should you have a different resolution, then you might have to re-adjust things. Press /ec, select Toggle Anchors (bottom left corner) and drag stuff to suit your needs and resolution)

To activate Masque, you need to press ESC -> Interface -> Addons ->Masque -> Skin settings -> activate Masque: Darkscail. See this for details
