Ive never like the fancy things most ElvUI users do, so I made this set up with that in mind. Simple, easy to read, everything I need or want at my disposal. Feel free to use it as a base and make changes or tweaks that fit your style :) PS. I use Masque to get that dark outline look, sexy map is my minimap addon, Details fits perfectly in the lower right of screen, and I use Titan Panel up top. Hope you like!
