Requires ElvUI and ElvUI Merethilis.
The middle bars are just ElvUI bars instead of a weakaura for any spells you want (Not intended to be key bound).
HOW TO HIDE TOP LEFT ACTION BARS
->\elvui
-> Action Bars
-> Player Bars
-> Bars 1 through 5 are showing on the top left (6 and 8 are in the middle)
-> Select Mouseover
-> Select Click Through
