I play mostly on 21:9 though bringing the scale down fits it perfectly in 1080
For action bars below two main, They are set up as a mouseover/In combat activated
The Right Bottom Actionbar being one that is mouseover and show in combat which is done using Elvui Plugin Action Bar Combat state which can be found on their download page.
The left bottom is for seldom used, Prof, mounts, pets.
