Use this as a starting point. The idea is the use the 3 hidden bars as the bottom to bind everything and use the bars in the middle to track cooldowns etc. There is a bar under the player health frame for small stuff like potions etc. It is set up for 1440p so no idea how it will look on anything other than 2560x1440.
Heavily inspired by Atrocity's UI, but created completely from scratch, to help a few friends who wanted a new UI.
