The only real difference is that the raid frames are moved to the middle left (around where the party frames are) to make it easier for healing. Note that healing is not my primary spec but only something I dabble in so this is roughly what works for me. Feel free to adjust to suit your needs; for example move the action bars away from the middle and place the raid frames there instead.
