To show main action bars and change abilities:
Elvui - Action Bars - Player Bars - Bar 1/ Bar 5/ Bar 6 (uncheck Click Through and Mouseover)

I am using Adibags, so bags are diabled on Elvui.
To enable bags in Elvui:
Elvui - Bags - Enable (top left - Check)
[DataTexts]
To fix bottom left datatext bar not in line with Chat Panel:
Elvui - DataTexts - Panels - Data (change Datatext/ Number of Datatexts / Width)
[Maps]
Under minimap, are buttons from Elvui Windtools:
Time (click to open calendrer) - Encounter Journal - Toy Box - Covenant
To hide information/icons inside of minimap:
Elvui - Maps - Minimap - Minimap Buttons (Hide)

To use default Elvui for nameplates:

Elvui Windtools provides a lot of functions. I'd suggest into the addon and go through each setting to figure if you want to keep them or configure them. To turn off black borders on the UI, go to:
Elvui - Windtools - Skins - Elvui/Addons (Uncheck)
