Personal UI, thought I would share but its mostly for myself when I inevitably return.
I like to have a non intrusive UI that does not clutter the screen. You can use this UI for any class, these are just the classes / specs I use it for. I also have damage numbers turned off, a lot less clutter this way, however if you want numbers, I would recommend MikScrollingBattleText (MSBT).

Key binds -
Middle row : 1 - 7
Top row : Shift + 1 - 7
Bottom Row : Ctrl + 1 - 7
Button 8 is unbound in all rows, this is where I put things like Lust or just very long cd abilities that I don't want to accidentally use
Where buttons 9 - 12 are in all three rows are bound to the numpad which is what my mouse is set to, my mouse has 12 buttons , 11 of which are used in game the 12th is for muting myself in discord
The cast bar is between the main three and the utility action bars, which is why there is a space between the bars
Utility bar above the cast bar -
Q I usually use for movement abilities with a short CD ,
R is my interrupt,
T is my movement skill with a higher cd,
E I use for stuns,
X and Z Long-term buffs and utility like imbues or pet commands
Action bar on the far right I use for professions / mounts / Whatever else
I Use the addon Opie for consumables and hearths, the radials are bound to my f1 - f3 keys
