ElvUI base profile, somewhat barebones, so will require class weakaura packages to use for gameplay
Action bars are mouseover by default
A lot of this UI is set up over years of tinkering and personal preference, but if you want to use the UI and have any questions feel free to reach out if you run into any glaring issues
