Designed to have your frames and Weak auras above your cast bar with enough room around your character to still see.
I normally use Vuhdo so if you use the elvui frames you'll have to tweak them to your liking, they're at least sized to fit into the UI. I toggle them off and use my vuhdo frames in their place, as pictured in the second screenshot.
