My ElvUI profile I've spent hundreds of hours tweaking and perfecting. Mostly suited for DPS specs.
The target is hidden unless moused over, as I have another WeakAura I made for showing target and player health.
I recommend pairing my UI with my other WeakAuras (also found here on Wago). They are:
1. ThrockCD - This is what shows the cooldowns under my character in the screenshots above.
2. ThrockHud - The Health and Power bars that surround my player in the screenshots above.
