If you want the power bars to be as small as they are in the pictures you might have to go into the settings and just lower it to 3.
Sometimes the powerbar goes up to 7 in size for some reason.
Other addons i use: GottaGoFast, Skada, BigWigs (and littlewigs), Weakauras 2, TSM (Tradeskillmaster)
And the other elvui plugins are: ElvUI ExtraDataTexts, Skullflower Cont. BenikUI and Merathilis UI (All of these can be found on tukui site)
