Welcome to Zadarock's custom ElvUI with very minimal usage of using class specific Weak Auras for spell cds with the exception being a holy power bar. Although this it tagged for Paladin, I've made it specifically for ALL classes and specs.
As you see this has three main bars in the center of your screen and aim to provide information in the center rather than looking to the bottom. I've cleaned up the debuffs on enemies be my debuffs with simple icons. Excellent for usage in PVE and PVP content.
Feel free to leave comments for thoughts and suggestions. It's been something I've crafted for years now and I'm pretty happy to utilize the space as efficiently as I have.

Weak Auras (used for Holy Power and additionally raid messages)
Big Wigs (used for displaying the boss timers in two sections, one for soon to come mechanics and one further later in the fight)
Details (used to show the Healing done and Damage done)
All addon configurations are able to be moved as you prefer them, I've even made a healer profile which shifts the Details to the right and posts the raid frame in the center. As a healer it's nice like that, as a dps its just not as necessary. I can always provide that seperate link to my healer UI if people wanted!
