Provides configurable settings for handling pandemic/refresh durations on buffs. All settings are configured via the options UI, so no need to change any scripts. Currently just has priest/shaman dots, but you can very simply add additional dots by spell id.
If you want any of the settings to work you must enable them via the checkbox in the options
