Creates a glow around Raid Marks. Color can be changed individually or to match the specific raid mark. Glow can be changed between button and pixel style glow. Pixel glow has some additional options.
Currently set only to be active in open world, arena and BG. You can change that by yourself under "modding" -> "Glowing Raid marks" -> "Load conditions" (At the bottom of the screen).
