Some minor personal changes to default plater. Moved enemy names/buffs anchors and resized/recolored for preference. Added target name of spells to show on name plates.

The target indicators are nice, but do tend to add clutter. The white targeting border and target size scaling make playing without a target indicator quite comfortable.
